From BCR ... "A stable dwarf form of Tillandsia punctulata rarely exceeding 20cm in height.
Found in a batch of plants imported from Guatemala so there is a good chance this plant is in USA and Europe.
Named after Tanya Maree Ryall, an employee of GardenWorld, Collector's Corner."
