Tillandsia Mali Dofitas
caput-medusae x bulbosa by Rene Dofitas, Philippines.
Bulbous-based, spidery, upright rosette of few thick channeled, reddish green leaves, to 57cms. tall. Foliage stays flushed red even when non-blooming. Erect, non-branching red-bracted inflorescence with green petals. Named after the breeder's eldest daughter. See also T. 'June Bug' & T. 'Canina'.
