BCR ... "Mature, open large rosette to 60 cm diameter. About 20 reddish maroon, glossy leaves up to 7 cm wide. Central nest blushes deep cerise at flowering time. Seed received from Alan Phythian in 2005, seed raised by Vic Przetocki in Western Australia. Reg. Doc. 11/2021."
